Twenty years of "just build it"
Justin's career runs from enterprise systems integration and automation to co-founding and scaling his own companies. He co-founded LeadApparel.com — still in business more than 20 years later — and helped drive BestBullySticks.com / Barkworthies Pet Treats onto the Inc. 500 Fastest-Growing Companies list. Along the way, multiple companies he built have sold for a combined $50M+.
On the enterprise side, he architected real-time data-management software for Amazon and Microsoft datacenters — live visibility across operations doing $50M+ in monthly recurring revenue — and delivered as a systems integrator and automation expert for teams at Walmart, Geico, The Martin Agency, the Houston Pilots, SimplerTrading, REmarkets.com, and EasyExpunctions.com.
His current obsessions: AI that does real work (JMAC Web's site-building pipeline, agents, and Heidi), and a passion project applying AI facial recognition to dogs — identifying pets and tracking their vet history. Yes, really. The dogs are very cooperative.
